Unauthorized Transaction from Xsolla, Seeking Refund
On November 17, 2023, an unauthorized transaction of 9028.43₺ occurred on my credit card ending in 7850, through AKBANK Xsolla *pocketworldsh.xsolla.com at 11:52 AM. I have promptly contacted the relevant bank to request a refund. If the issue is not resolved expediently, I have expressed my intention to terminate my association with Akbank. This incident raises concerns about security, considering the presence of some of the world's best IT engineers who, if hired, could have potentially averted such problems. I urge the bank to take immediate action for the restitution of my funds.
