On 26.09.2024, I noticed several unauthorized transactions on my Akbank credit card, totaling ₺30,300, all under the name Microsoft*Xbox. I was shocked to see these charges as I do not own a Microsoft or Xbox account, nor do I have any association with this brand. I immediately contacted the bank to report the issue and request a full refund, but I am still waiting for a resolution. This situation has caused a great deal of stress as I am now left with a large charge that I did not authorize. I’m reaching out in hopes that Akbank will take swift action to resolve this matter and ensure the necessary steps are taken to refund the full amount as soon as possible.
