I made two SD purchases in Stardoll, and the money was withdrawn from my bank account, but the SD never showed up in my account. I tried logging in from different devices and refreshing multiple times, but nothing changed. Normally, after logging out and back in, the SD balance updates immediately, but this time, it didn’t.

The timestamps clearly show a long gap between my purchase and when I checked my balance, proving that the SD should have been credited by now. I need Stardoll to fix this immediately or issue a refund. It’s frustrating to pay for something and receive nothing in return.
