Unable to Add SD or Purchase Superstar Membership on Stardoll

I’m unable to load SD or purchase a Superstar membership on my Stardoll account. Every time I try, I get an error message. I’ve even tried using a different credit card, but the issue persists. This is extremely frustrating because I can’t fully use my account or enjoy the game without being able to make these purchases. I’m requesting that Stardoll fix this issue as soon as possible, as it’s preventing me from using my account properly. Please resolve this problem so I can continue playing without interruptions.
