Stardoll Superstar Membership Not Activated After Purchase
After years, I decided to buy a Superstar membership on Stardoll. Although the payment was successfully processed, my membership has not been activated. Before this, I made another payment for a separate promotion, and while the Stardollars were credited to my account, the membership remains inactive.
This is highly disappointing. I paid for a service that I cannot use, and the lack of immediate activation or resolution has left me frustrated. I kindly request Stardoll to activate my Superstar membership as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved promptly, it will negatively affect my trust in the platform. Please address this matter urgently and ensure customers receive what they pay for.
