I recently purchased Robux on Roblox for my child’s account and completed the payment process successfully — the money was clearly withdrawn from my card. However, the Robux were never delivered to the account.
I’ve already submitted screenshots and proof of payment, but despite doing everything right on my end, the issue remains unresolved. It’s extremely disappointing to pay for a service and receive absolutely nothing in return, especially when it’s something promised to a child.
I’m asking Roblox support to please urgently credit the Robux to the account or process a full refund. This is not acceptable, and the lack of response only adds to the frustration. Please review my case and fix this without further delay.
