XM Deposit Debited From SBI but Not Reflected in Trading Account

I deposited INR 5,000 today into my XM trading account via Local Bank Transfer using the Paytm app, funded from my SBI bank account. The amount was debited, and the transaction shows as successful in Paytm, but the funds have still not been credited to my XM trading account. The deposit was made through Paytm local bank transfer, and the UTR number for this transaction is 396098316058. I have contacted XM support, but I am not getting any proper or clear response about the status of my money. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my INR 5,000 either be immediately credited to my trading account or refunded to my SBI/Paytm account as soon as possible.
