XM Trading UPI Deposit Not Credited After 6 Days

I hold a Standard account with XM Trading, and on 22 December 2025, I made a deposit of ₹15,000 to my trading account via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my XM trading account, even though 6 days have passed. The main transaction reference number I have is 116040723205. I contacted XM customer support regarding this issue, but the problem has not been resolved and my funds are still missing from my trading account. This situation is preventing me from trading and is causing financial inconvenience, as the money has already left my bank but is not available in my XM account. I request that XM urgently investigate this transaction with the above reference number and immediately credit the missing ₹15,000 to my XM trading account, or provide a clear written explanation and a swift resolution.
