XM Trading Account Missing ₹18,000 UPI Deposit
I made a UPI deposit to my XM Standard MT5 trading account (account number 302018908), but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance. The payment was successfully completed on 3 January 2026 at 12:39 AM for an amount of 18,000 INR via UPI. The destination UPI account shown during the deposit was idb251100516537@idbi. I have a payment screenshot as proof, which clearly shows the date, time and amount of the transaction. During the process of entering the UTR number on the XM page, the page timed out, so the UTR could not be submitted at that moment. The UTR number for this transaction is 108897638010. Despite the payment being debited from my bank account, the amount has not yet been reflected in my XM trading account. I have already sent an email to XM support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that you verify this UPI transaction and credit the 18,000 INR to my XM Standard MT5 account 302018908 as soon as possible. If any additional information or documentation is required, I am ready to provide it.
