
I deposited an amount of ₹5000 into my XM Trading account via bank UPI on 18 December, but the funds have still not been credited to my trading balance. My XM ID/email is ashleymercha****@gmail.com. The payment was made from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account ending with 5724. After noticing that the amount was not reflected in my account, I contacted XM’s customer support, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is preventing me from using the platform as intended, even though the money has already been debited from my bank account. I request that this issue be urgently checked and that the ₹5000 either be credited to my XM Trading account linked to ashleymercha***@gmail.com or refunded back to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account ending with 5724 at the earliest.
