XM Exchange Failed to Credit My Futures Account Deposit
On January 2, 2026, I deposited $460 USD into my XM Exchange futures trading account. Even though today is the fifth day, the funds have still not been credited to my account, and the transaction does not appear in my balance. Because of this delay, I am experiencing serious inconvenience.
After four days had passed without any update, I contacted XM Exchange customer support. I was only told that the transaction would be reviewed, but no clear explanation was provided, and I was given no timeframe regarding when the funds would be credited to my account.
I am demanding that the $460 USD deposit to my XM Exchange account, account number 110214375, be finalized immediately and that my funds be credited to my account without further delay. Otherwise, I formally state that I will file a criminal complaint with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and submit a report to the Capital Markets Board (SPK).
