XM Deposit Pending for 20 Days, and Support is 0%
I am writing to report an unresolved issue regarding a deposit to my XM trading account that has still not been credited. On 02-02-2026, an amount of 50,000 INR was debited from my J&K Bank account via UPI for funding my XM trading account registered with the email address: kivinmitnic***@gmail.com. Although the money has been successfully debited from my bank, it has not been credited to my XM trading account to date. I have contacted XM customer support several times over the last 20 days. However, I keep receiving the same template response that the matter is “under investigation,” without any concrete progress, resolution, or clear explanation. This delay is causing me serious inconvenience, as I am unable to use my own funds for trading, and there is no clear timeline provided for resolving the issue. I request that XM either immediately credit the 50,000 INR to my trading account or refund the same amount back to my J&K Bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and why it has taken so long to resolve.
It has now been more than 1 month and 38 days, and there is still no reply from support. They keep repeating the same message: “Under investigation. We will update you soon.” Please be careful when depositing money with this broker. Avoid it.
