XM MT5 Wallet Not Credited Despite ₹47,000 Bank Debit
I am writing regarding a deposit issue with my XM trading account on the MT5 platform, linked to XM ID 321283424. Yesterday, at approximately 12:40 p.m., I deposited 47,000 INR from my HDFC Bank account via UPI. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my XM wallet.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with XM. As soon as I noticed that the funds were not reflected in my account, I contacted XM live chat and also sent an email explaining the situation. However, I have not received any proper response or solution, and my funds are still missing from my trading account. I request that the 47,000 INR be credited immediately to my XM wallet linked to MT5 account ID 321283424, and that this issue be treated as a matter of urgency.
