I am writing regarding a serious issue with a delayed deposit to my XM trading account that remains unresolved despite my attempts to contact support.
On February 9, 2026, I deposited ₹14,000 into my XM trading account number 381473915 via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my XM trading balance.
I contacted XM support to report that the deposit was delayed and that the funds had already been deducted from my bank. However, as of today, I have not received a proper response or solution. I do not have an assigned account manager, so support is my only channel of communication, and the lack of feedback is very concerning.
I am using XM from India, and this situation has caused financial inconvenience because I am unable to use the deposited funds for trading. I request that XM immediately trace this transaction, credit the full money to my trading account number 381473915 without any further delay, and provide a clear explanation for this issue.
