3 Days Passed and $200 Bank Transfer Withdrawal From XM MT4 Account Still Not Received

Three days ago, I submitted a $200 withdrawal request from my XM MT4 account via bank transfer (account ending in 7222). When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the transaction had already been processed to my account. However, until now, I have not received any payment.
