Three days ago, I submitted a $200 withdrawal request from my XM MT4 account via bank transfer (account ending in 7222). When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the transaction had already been processed to my account. However, until now, I have not received any payment. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem on the platform, and the delay has caused me serious inconvenience. I request that my withdrawal be reviewed immediately and the $200 transfer be completed to my bank account without further delay.
