I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with withdrawals from my XM Global MT4 account (account number 40228452) for about 10 days now. I submitted withdrawal requests on December 4, 5, and 12, 2025. On the same day, I made two withdrawal requests, one for $220 and another for $221.
The $221 withdrawal was successfully credited to my account, but the $220 withdrawal has still not been paid to me. For days, I’ve been trying to reach XM Global by email and speaking with live chat representatives every day. They asked me to provide all my account transaction records, which I submitted in full.
Despite this, they claim that their system shows I made a withdrawal of $117, which is completely false. I never made such a withdrawal, and they’re clearly trying to close the issue with this baseless explanation and dismiss my claim.
Most recently, I was told to request a live phone call. Even though I submitted a call request yesterday, no one has contacted me yet, and I continue to receive dismissive and unprofessional responses. The $220 that rightfully belongs to me has been withheld for days without any concrete justification.
I demand that the missing $220 be deposited into my account immediately and in full, without excuses. Otherwise, I want to clearly state that I’ll initiate formal complaints with the Meta (MT4) licensing authority and pursue all available legal channels.
