Xiaomi TV Installation Helpline Not Responsive for Days

On August 1, 2023, at 9:00 AM, I contacted the Xiaomi TV installation helpline at 0850 502 0808. I informed them that I had purchased a TV and requested installation service. They took the serial number and other details and said the service team would call me within 2 days. However, it's been days, and no one has contacted me yet. Every time I call the TV installation line, they keep saying the service team will call me. But for the past 2 days, I haven't been able to reach them at all. They just pick up the phone and hang up on me. I've never seen such a service before. It's been 7 days since I bought the TV, and I can't believe setting up a simple installation could be this difficult.
