My Xiaomi A Pro 55” TV Installation Not Provided

I purchased a Xiaomi A Pro 55” TV, but no authorized service has been arranged for the installation. Even when I said I would return the product if installation wasn’t provided, I was basically told “do whatever you want.” The level of customer service is zero.
If you’re not going to stand behind the products you sell, then why sell them in the first place? I request that the necessary action be taken.
