Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro Device Sent to Service, No Word for Days
I had a bad experience with Ouno Service, Xiaomi's authorized service provider. I couldn't get through when I tried to contact them about the shipment of my product. After some detective work, I was able to locate their contact information and ship the item with free shipping. The real challenge, however, was trying to contact them afterward. I've been trying to contact them via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails for the past three days with no success. My Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro robot vacuum with serial number 30107/00090349 is on its way, and all I can hope for is that someone at Ouno Service is looking after it. It's truly perplexing how a global brand like Xiaomi can collaborate with a company with such poor communication skills.
