My Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro Constantly Displays Errors
On September 5, 2022, I purchased the Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro from Trendyol. It has been displaying errors for the past few months. I contacted Trendyol and requested that the problem be resolved. Three weeks later, I get a message saying my package is on its way, and that's the end of it. They claim that my request has been met. But here's the kicker: the vacuum hasn't been fixed, and the reason given is that the filter was dirty, which caused the malfunction. This is ridiculous! They never told me that the repair would be my responsibility. I've realized that Xiaomi isn't a trustworthy brand, and there's no one to talk to. I've sent numerous complaints, but no one has responded. When I call, there isn't even a customer service representative available; the phone just rings and rings and rings. I urgently need a solution to this problem, and I assure you that I will contact all relevant authorities about it.
