I placed an order for a Xiaomi 17T Pro device through Xiaomi’s online store on 28 June, but although 6 days have passed, my order still has not been shipped and there is no progress shown in the system. I am expecting the order to be delivered to my address in Antakya, Hatay, and since I will travel abroad on 9 June, I need to receive the product before this date without fail. When I contacted the customer representative about the delay, I did not encounter a solution-oriented approach and I could not get any clear information or support to speed up the process. This situation causes a serious loss of time and grievance for me, especially due to my travel plan. I request that my order for the Xiaomi 17T Pro be shipped urgently without further delay and delivered to me at my address in Antakya, Hatay as soon as possible, taking into account my travel date.
