Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro Missing Pen And Case
I bought a Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro 12GB+512GB tablet for my daughter on 12 January 2026 from Mi Store located in Serdivan AVM, Sakarya. When we opened the box, there was no pen or case included in the package content. Shortly after this purchase, within about 1–2 weeks, the Pad 8 model was released and I saw that a pen and case were given as gifts in the box content of this new model. I felt victimized because I had just bought a high-end Xiaomi tablet, yet I did not benefit from a similar campaign or content, even though the time difference between the two purchases was very short. To express my grievance and request a solution, I sent an e-mail to Xiaomi Turkey. However, I received an unrelated response and my grievance was not resolved in any way. This situation both disappointed me and negatively affected my trust in the brand. As a customer who prefers Xiaomi and wants to continue using your products, I kindly request that a pen and case compatible with the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro tablet be provided to me free of charge so that the unfairness that has arisen between the two products in such a short time frame can be eliminated. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will no longer prefer or use any products of your brand.
In January 2026 I bought a Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro from the Mi Store in Serdivan Mall, and the box was missing the pen and case. Because these accessories were given as gifts with the new Pad 8 model, I was left at a disadvantage. I submitted my complaint by e‑mail but received no response and there has been no contact yet. So far Xiaomi's approach has greatly disappointed me and my issue remains unresolved.
