Xiaomi Redmi Watch 5 Lite Replacement Delayed for 35 Days
I submitted my black Xiaomi Redmi Watch 5 Lite to the Vatan Bilgisayar store at Kahramanmaraş Piazza Mall for service because the touchscreen was not working and the display functions were not operating properly. Vatan Bilgisayar and Xiaomi’s authorized service center acknowledged that the device had a manufacturing defect and informed me that I would receive a replacement device.
Although they took back my defective watch on January 16, 2026, it has now been 35 days and I still have not received the new device. The Vatan Bilgisayar service form number provided to me for this process is 48MS0055962.
Even though the manufacturing defect was confirmed and my original device was collected, I have been left without a replacement for an unreasonably long time, which has caused me inconvenience. I request that a new black Xiaomi Redmi Watch 5 Lite be sent to me immediately, or that I be issued a full refund.
