Refund Request For Cancelled Xiaomi Product

Dear Xiaomi Customer Service, I am writing to formally request the refund of my order 5250828391063111. On August 26, I purchased a Xiaomi Vacuum S20+ Robot Vacuum from mi.com. Shortly after placing the order, I decided to cancel it. When I attempted to do so through the website, I encountered an error. I then contacted your customer service team, and the representative informed me that there was a system issue and advised me not to accept the delivery, assuring me that a full refund would be processed automatically once the product was returned. I followed these instructions and did not accept the delivery. The product was returned to the seller on September 6. Despite the 14-business-day refund period communicated by your team having passed, as of September 29 the refund amount of ₺12,969 has still not been credited to my account. I have contacted customer service twice during this process and was told each time that the product was indeed returned, that the process was delayed because I had not accepted the delivery, and that a ticket had been created. As I acted in accordance with your representative’s guidance, I kindly but urgently request that my refund be processed and credited to my account without any further delay.
