Mi Store Return Refund Not Paid - Xiaomi 15T Pro Returned

I purchased a Xiaomi 15T Pro phone from Mi Store and later returned the product by using the return code I received from customer service. I sent the device back on 11.02.2026 via cargo with a tracking number. Although Mi Store received my return, my refund of ₺52,999 has not been paid to me. Since 12.02.2026 I have been waiting for my money to be refunded, but no payment has been made to my account and I have not received a clear explanation about the delay. When I called customer service, I was first told that the refund would be completed within 7–14 days, and then this period was extended to 21 days. They can see in their system that the product has already reached their warehouse, but despite this, my refund is still not processed. I find it unacceptable that such a high amount is kept for this long despite the product being returned properly and within the required process with a return code. I request the immediate refund of the ₺52,999 I paid, as well as interest/compensation for the period my money has been withheld without justification, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
