Why I Hate My New Xiaomi Blender Lack of Language Support

We bought a Xiaomi blender, and right away we were sorry. We saw a Chinese language option when we were setting up the device. We tried to get in touch with Xiaomi in different ways, even sending emails, but they didn't seem interested or aware of the need for a Turkish language option. They just told me to take the item back to the store where I bought it, and they would take care of it. Why doesn't a product sold in Turkey have the most basic language option in Turkish? I would tell people who are thinking about buying it to save themselves the trouble, or if they already have it, they should get ready to hire a translator.
