We tried to get in touch with Xiaomi in different ways, even sending emails, but they didn't seem interested or aware of the need for a Turkish language option. They just told me to take the item back to the store where I bought it, and they would take care of it. Why doesn't a product sold in Turkey have the most basic language option in Turkish? I would tell people who are thinking about buying it to save themselves the trouble, or if they already have it, they should get ready to hire a translator.
