Xiaomi Camera 360 Replacement Fiasco

I bought a Xiaomi Camera 360, and after using it for about a month, it stopped working properly. So, I contacted Xiaomi Turkey, and they told me to send the product to the closest service center. The service center told me they couldn't fix it and would give me a replacement. But because the customer service person didn't know, they told me the wrong thing and I said it was okay to send the same product. The product I got was way worse than the one I bought. I returned the product, and for more than two months, I've been checking in almost every day, but I keep getting told that I gave my approval. I know I said yes, but I was given wrong information. Sorry, but they're not offering any solutions. Right now, the product is still covered by warranty, but I don't actually have the product with me. This means that I don't have anything tangible to prove that I paid for it. This person's experience with the Xiaomi Camera shows how frustrating it can be to receive the wrong product and have a hard time getting it resolved, even with a warranty.
