Xiaomi Refused Warranty Repair For My Vacuum
Last year, I bought a vacuum cleaner from Trendyol, but unfortunately, it stopped working. I went to the Xiaomi store and they told me that Genpa offers the service. But Genpa mentioned that KVK also provides service, so we decided to send the product to them. We didn't hear anything from KVK, and they sent the product back without making any repairs or providing any information. Afterwards, I was billed ₺400 for shipping. After I made the call, they said, "We'll get back to you," but I haven't heard anything yet.
I'm not happy with either Xiaomi or KVK. Finally, I brought the device to a local repair shop, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it as well. I've been dealing with this problem for a whole month now and I just really need to vent my frustration about the company and their utterly unhelpful service centers.
