When I first got the Xiaomi MI 10T, it kept restarting when the battery was completely discharged or when I tried to turn it off and on. On January 19th, 2023, I sent it to the technical service in Istanbul with reference number 509552 and received it within 4 days, with the assurance that the device's fingerprint reader power key and the film had been replaced and the software had been updated. However, the power button stopped working within an hour of turning on the phone, and I couldn't even turn on the screen. On January 27th, 2023, I returned it to the same technical service with reference number 511973. On January 31st, 2023, I received it back with the information that there was no hardware problem with the device and that it had been updated and cleaned. Regrettably, the issue of constant restarting reappeared. I believe the service never turned the device on or off. They appear to be waiting for my warranty to expire in February 2023. I demand that the problem be resolved immediately.
