Constant Problems With Xiaomi's Redmi Note 10 Pro

I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro 8/128 GB with a guarantee on November 27, 2022. However, the phone's system interface kept crashing, it frequently reported no service, refused to make calls, and randomly powered on and off. Concerned, I visited the Xiaomi technical service center in Ankara's Kızılay on September 12, 2023. They claimed to have completed the device's repair by September 14, 2023, but the same issues persisted upon receiving it. In a repeat of the same problems, I returned to the authorized service center on October 3, 2023. I was informed that the repair was done, and I could pick up the phone by October 6, 2023. To my dismay, the problems persisted. When I reached out to Xiaomi's authorized service via WhatsApp with screenshots and screen recordings of the issues, they asked me to send the device to their office in Istanbul. So, for the third time, I handed my device over to the Ankara Xiaomi authorized service on October 13, 2023. The staff there claimed that the problem was due to third-party apps. Despite explaining that I had not downloaded any apps from platforms other than Google Play, they simply suggested I stop using WhatsApp. In this age of advanced technology, such a primitive solution is hardly acceptable.
Xiaomi, which I applied to three times with the same complaint, delivered the phone twice saying there was no fault, but on the third application, they replaced the motherboard saying it was faulty.
