My Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Shall Not Turn On

I brought my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 phone to the official service center. I told them about the issues, and I got the device in 2-3 business days. Someone told me, "They said that when they delivered it, they didn't find any issues with the hardware or software on your device." I looked at it myself, and yeah, it seemed all good with no problems. But, after 2 to 3 months, the warranty had ended, and the same issues came back. I went back to the same service center and told them about the same problems that kept happening. This time, they told me I had to pay 800 TL, and they would replace the camera of the device in one business day. So, about the issue of the screen not turning off while talking (kind of funny), they said that there's nothing wrong with the sensor on the device. They suggested that it works better when you hold it at a 90-degree angle. It's really disappointing that my Xiaomi device, which I haven't dropped, damaged, or had repaired by anyone other than the authorized service center, is having these problems after 2.5 years. Basically, my experience with Xiaomi has been really disappointing in every way.
