I purchased an Xbox console in November 2023, and after just one month, it stopped loading games. Microsoft acknowledged the product as defective but informed me that my device could not be repaired or replaced with a new one due to "procedures." Instead, they would send me a refurbished device. Although I wasn’t happy with this, I sent my console to Microsoft via UPS last week, completed the necessary forms, and received confirmation that the device was delivered.
However, when I tried tracking my package, I found out that due to an incomplete address provided by Microsoft, UPS couldn’t deliver it, and my package was returned to the branch. UPS told me a return label had been created to send the package back to Microsoft, and I need to contact Microsoft to correct the error. Even though it was Microsoft’s mistake, I am now responsible for fixing it.
After calling Microsoft, I couldn’t reach a representative, and UPS stated that they couldn’t help further. I’m extremely frustrated with both companies and just want my console delivered as soon as possible. I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue.
