My Xbox Series X Shows a 1-Year Warranty Instead of 2 Years

I purchased an Xbox Series X on September 9, 2024, with a 2-year Microsoft warranty, but my device is only showing a 1-year warranty. Despite trying to resolve this issue, I haven’t been able to reach Microsoft support, either domestically or internationally. This is incredibly frustrating as I can’t get any assistance to correct the warranty details.
I’m requesting that this issue be fixed as soon as possible. If someone from Microsoft can contact me, I’ll provide all the necessary information and documents. Please help me get my warranty corrected to the promised 2-year period.
