Hello Dear Xbox Employees, I bought an Xbox Series s game console on 14.08.2022. I registered the product with Microsoft. The serial number of my device is engraved on the Microsoft Limited Warranty for 36 months. The device shut down several times in the first week. After the fourth shutdown, the device did not turn on. I called for cargo from UPS and delivered the device. I would like to appreciate Microsoft's service and response speed in this regard. Because I gave him a broken device on Tuesday. The new device came back on Thursday. My current warranty period has been recorded in the code of the new device. After all this, the real problem was this. We dropped the device from a high point. It fell from 4 meters, bounced, and fell another 3 meters. Despite this, the device did not fall apart. It's a really solid device. When it fell, the cover came off. And its case was warped. We plugged it in to check if it was working. I think the power supply burned out. These are completely user error. However, as a user, since I broke my device, I need to find a place that can repair it. This is where our trouble with Microsoft begins. The company that replaced the device, which had a manufacturing defect for the first time, with jet speed caused serious grievance in the situation caused by us. Just like the first time, we called for cargo via UPS and delivered the device to the address sent to us by Microsoft TR. Additionally, when we select physical damage while opening a service record, a payment screen appears. You pay this money under the Out Of Warranty - Standard Exchange ₺4.691,74 menu. And Microsoft states that it will replace the product with a refurbished or brand-new device in return for this money. Microsoft received the device on 07.11.2023. The device came back on 17.11.2023. My broken device came out of the box. A note was left. It says that repair or replacement has not been carried out because you intervened in the device out of service. We talked to Xbox's technical support side. They say it is no longer under warranty because the device was dropped. They don't do repairs even if I pay for them. So I lost both money. And I have a broken console in my hand. Also, for the first time, the service screen worked step by step. This time, the steps are not progressing as if I had not sent the device. As a user, I need to figure this out. But we can neither change nor repair. I do not accept it. I request that my device be repaired or replaced.
