On January 14, 2026, a charge of $24 was made to my Yapı Kredi debit card for a WPS Office subscription on Windows, which I believe was activated without my knowledge or intent. I did not start this subscription, and I received no notification or prior information about this charge.
Because I could not find any phone number or clear contact channel for WPS Office, I was unable to speak with the company directly. In addition, since I do not know the username of the account associated with this subscription, I am unable to cancel it myself.
I request that this unauthorized subscription be canceled immediately and that the $24 charged to my Yapı Kredi card on January 14, 2026 be refunded to me as soon as possible.
