PDF Guru Overcharged My Card After a Low-Cost Weekly Membership
On January 9, 2026, I noticed that, in addition to a one-week subscription fee of approximately $0 USD, a charge of approximately $52 USD was made without my knowledge or consent on my İş Bankası card, listed with the description pdfguru.com 8695. This charge was not clearly disclosed anywhere, and I did not receive any notification or approval message regarding it.
Despite my attempts to contact Pdfguru.com, I have been unable to reach anyone or establish any communication. I entered my card information only for the one-week subscription costing approximately $0 USD. I absolutely do not accept such a high amount being charged without notice or authorization.
I demand that the unauthorized $52 USD charge, along with the $0 USD foreign exchange tax collected at the time of the transaction, be fully refunded to my card, and that this membership/subscription be completely canceled.
