Ingenico Move 5000F POS Device Not Working


My Ingenico Move 5000F point-of-sale (POS) device has been giving me a lot of trouble lately. I sent it to an authorized repair service and paid 1525 TL, but when I got it back, it wasn't fixed. Even though it was bought brand new in 2020, the device has been having problems ever since. It worked fine for two years, but every time it went to be fixed, it came back more than once without being fixed. It seems like they are making fun of people who own small businesses. I want the company to quickly fix the device or give me my money back. This never-ending cycle of repairs that don't work and money wasted has made me very angry. It's high time for Ingenico to step up and make sure their customers are happy.
