Worldline IDE 280 Ingenico POS Device Printer Cover Broken

The printer cover of my Worldline IDE 280 Ingenico POS device broke. I contacted the authorized service provider, Worldline Payment System Solutions, and made the necessary payment. I emphasized the urgency of the situation and requested that they replace the cover as soon as possible. Today marks the third day, and they still haven't come. Because I can't change the paper in the device, I’m unable to process payments, which is causing significant disruption to my business. I'm writing here in the hope that someone will hear my plea and carry out the necessary repairs.
