Unauthorized WordPress Charge for Unused Site, Request Refund

7

Two years ago, I purchased a WordPress site that I never used. I don’t even remember the domain name or the associated email address, which was deactivated over two years ago. Despite this, WordPress charged ₺376.80 from my card without any prior notice, reminder, or approval.

This is unacceptable. It has been over three years since I stopped using the service, and I received no notification regarding an automatic renewal or charge. I demand an immediate refund of the deducted amount. WordPress should not charge customers for services they are no longer using, especially without proper reminders or consent. Please resolve this matter promptly and return my money.
