WordPress.com Refused to Refund for Canceled Domain Purchases

I purchased two domains from WordPress.com, but I realized I had made the purchase on the wrong platform. I immediately used the “Cancel and Request Refund” option in my account. Despite completing the cancellation process, my money has not been refunded. I contacted their support team to report the issue, but I received no response and no refund.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. I trusted WordPress.com as a reliable platform, but this lack of support and accountability proves otherwise. Earning money isn’t easy in today’s world, and customers shouldn’t have to chase down refunds for canceled services. I demand WordPress.com process my refund immediately and address this unacceptable negligence.
