Paid for WordPress Site, But It Doesn’t Appear on Google Searches

I created a website using WordPress and paid ₺2,200 for their service. However, the site doesn’t appear in Google searches, making the entire platform seem ineffective for its intended purpose. On top of this, there’s no available contact number for customer support to resolve the issue or request a refund.

For a company claiming to be professional, this level of customer service is unacceptable. They take your money but fail to provide adequate support or ensure the functionality of their services. WordPress needs to either resolve this issue promptly by ensuring the site is visible in searches or process a full refund. This experience has been deeply frustrating and feels like a complete lack of accountability.
