Cenuta WordPress Hosting Refund Delayed for Over a Month

I purchased WordPress hosting from Cenuta.com, a reseller I found through WordPress. Unhappy with their services, I canceled within a week, expecting a refund within the promised 15 days. However, it has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my money back.

I trusted WordPress by choosing this reseller, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite following their cancellation process, I feel ignored and misled. I demand an immediate refund for the canceled service and better accountability from both Cenuta and WordPress. Customers should not have to fight for what they’re rightfully owed. Please resolve this issue promptly.
