I purchased WordPress hosting from Cenuta.com, a reseller I found through WordPress. Unhappy with their services, I canceled within a week, expecting a refund within the promised 15 days. However, it has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my money back.
I trusted WordPress by choosing this reseller, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite following their cancellation process, I feel ignored and misled. I demand an immediate refund for the canceled service and better accountability from both Cenuta and WordPress. Customers should not have to fight for what they’re rightfully owed.
