Woofz Charged $48.95 After I Deleted the App

I purchased the Woofz dog training app through the App Store on my iPhone about a month ago for three weeks of use. Since the app's content was partly in Turkish and partly in English and was not sufficiently useful for me, I deleted it from my phone after the three-week period ended. I absolutely did not request or authorize any renewal.

However, on March 30, 2026, at 1:23 AM, I received an SMS from my bank informing me that a transaction of $48.95 (approximately $44) had been charged to my DenizBank card ending in 9054 by Woofz. Dog. Academy. This transaction was made without my knowledge or authorization. I did not approve any subscription renewal or request any continuation of the service.

I request that the unauthorized $48.95 payment charged through the Woofz app via the App Store be canceled and fully refunded to me. I also request that any automatic renewals or subscriptions registered under my name be terminated and that the necessary checks be carried out to prevent similar unauthorized charges from occurring again, with clear information provided to me about the outcome.
