WMF Pressure Cooker Fails After 4 Months


I purchased a WMF pressure cooker, touted as the best from Enplus Ankara store, but it developed a leak just 4 months later. The valve gasket tore, and Tefal's technical service claimed it was outside the warranty. Fine, I said, but now they refuse service because they don't have the spare part. WMF customer service isn't helping either, citing the lack of spare parts as the reason it's now unusable. Enplus and WMF are both refusing support for their sold product, passing the buck back and forth. WMF and Enplus, what a regret. What I thought was the best product turned out to have the worst customer service. Our money is wasted; the product is now unusable.
