Wizz Air Made Me Pay Extra for Not Doing Online Check-In Before My Flight
My recent flight with Wizz Air was quite disappointing. As a regular traveler, I was surprised by my first experience flying with them and how everything was managed. The extra fee for not finishing the online check-in frustrated me. If passengers need to check in online to dodge extra fees, it really makes me question the purpose of having staff at the airport check-in counters. This policy appears to be unjust and seems intended to surprise passengers unexpectedly. Considering the inconvenience and frustration this caused during my travel, I am hesitant to select Wizz Air again unless they rethink these practices that adversely affect customer satisfaction.
