I’m incredibly frustrated with Wizz Air’s constant flight schedule changes and their complete lack of communication. The departure time in the app is different from the one in the email I received—so which one is correct? There’s no clarity, no confirmation, and no instructions on what I’m supposed to do next.
I want to modify or confirm my reservation, but there’s no way to reach customer support. I’ve tried calling every available number, and none of them answer. I’ve also checked the app and website, but they don’t offer any helpful information or assistance. I feel completely stranded as my travel date approaches.
Wizz Air must take responsibility and provide clear, consistent information, as well as responsive support channels. I need a way to confirm my updated flight or change my reservation. I expect them to contact me immediately and fix this communication breakdown. I’m tired of being ignored and left guessing about my travel plans.
