Wizzair Canceled My Flight and Won’t Refund My Money for 4 Months

I booked a Wizzair flight to Bucharest, Romania, but the airline canceled the flight. When I contacted Wizzair’s call center, they told me I had two options: reschedule my flight or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Since the alternative flight dates did not work for me, I had no choice but to cancel the reservation entirely.
However, four months have passed, and I still have not received my refund. To make things worse, Wizzair has no customer service center in Turkey—not even a valid email address for direct communication. After struggling to file a complaint through their app, I received an automated response saying that they had notified me about the cancellation two weeks earlier.
This is completely unacceptable, especially since I called Wizzair twice, and both times, they assured me that I would receive my refund. I canceled based on their promise, yet now they are avoiding responsibility. I demand my refund immediately and expect Wizzair to honor their word.
