I received something completely different from what I ordered on Wish. What are my options?

There are a few ways to fix the situation if what you ordered on Wish is entirely different from what you received:

• Use the Wish app to get in direct contact with the seller. Explain the situation politely and send clear photos of the item you received and the order confirmation showing the items you were supposed to order. Ask for a complete refund or a replacement of the correct item.

• You can take the situation to a higher level by launching a dispute with Wish if the seller is unresponsive or won't assist. Search for the wrong item in your order history, then click "Open Dispute" Give thorough justifications along with illustrative examples. Wish will attempt to mediate the conflict between you and the seller in order to get things resolved.

• It's critical to understand your rights under Wish's buyer protection guidelines. Items that are "significantly not as described" may be returned within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. This usually applies when the product is substantially worse than advertised in condition or functions differently.
