Wish Canceled Cosmetics Order, Instead Of Refunding Charged Me Again

I keep seeing these limited-edition items, click "add to cart" faster than you can say "sale," and then BAM! Order cancelled. Every. Single. Time. ????? Why do you have them there? my bank account is covered in pending charges, and I have no idea if I'm actually getting anything. They charge your card BEFORE they even check if they can actually send you the stuff! Ordered cosmetics, they said they couldn't deliver them and promised a refund. They charged me AGAIN instead! I contacted customer service, but they were as useless as a chocolate teapot. No clear information, shady billing practices. What was I expecting anyway…keep all your stuff, just return my money.
