Wish Kitchen Utensils Order Came Incomplete, They Avoid Refund
Think twice before making a purchase from this site. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Kitchen appliance set I came as incomplete. half of the items were missing, leaving me with an incomplete set, no use. Tried to reach them, I was met with nothing but excuses and roadblocks. From what they said I gathered they claimed the missing items weren't their responsibility and refused to provide any assistance. It was on the delivery company but the package came as one piece. cheated and disillusioned with online shopping, I’m here to spread the word. the time and effort spent trying to resolve an issue that should never have occurred in the first place, save yours. Think twice everyone. Don’t be appalled.
